The World Bank team conducted a field mission in Swat from July 9th to 11th, 2024, to assess ongoing works and monitor environmental and social compliance. They visited Kalam Mosque and Pishmal Mosque to oversee preservation and conservation efforts by the Directorate of Archaeology & Museums, KP through World Bank assisted KITE Project DoT and ensure World Bank standards were met. The team also reviewed the conservation and environmental and social safeguards of the historical Mehmood Ghazanvi Mosque in Odigram.
